Cinematic Brand System
A connected engagement combining positioning, original cinematic production, custom web, and SEO/AEO/GEO architecture.
Brand Foundations begin at $7,500. Full production-and-web Brand Systems typically range from $15,000 to $45,000. Start with a free 15-minute fit call. If a Brand System is the right direction, the engagement proceeds into a paid Gap Diagnosis from $750, credited toward a Brand System booked within 30 days.
When positioning, production, web, and search need to move together.
A generic template site, a one-off video, and unstructured content operate as separate pieces. When each piece answers a different question about what the business is and how it operates, the overall presentation can dilute the offer.
A Cinematic Brand System is the connected alternative. Positioning, original production, custom web, and SEO/AEO/GEO architecture are scoped against a paid Gap Diagnosis and delivered as one engagement. What is being sold is a coordinated system, not a bundle of separate deliverables.
What Changes for the Brand
A Brand System is designed to change how the brand presents itself online. The stages below describe how a launched system is intended to operate over time. They describe design intent, not guaranteed business outcomes, which depend on the market, offer, and execution.
First 30 Days
The digital presentation is aligned with how the business actually operates. Visitors arrive on a site whose visual language and structure match the offer.
First 90 Days
The site and content library have had time to be crawled, indexed, and refined. The system is intended to make the offer easier to understand at first contact.
First 12 Months
The system is designed to compound as new content, pages, and refinements are added on top of the same foundation, rather than being rebuilt from scratch each cycle.
A one-off template, an isolated video, or an unstructured content push cannot deliver a coordinated system.A connected engagement is what the Brand System is designed to provide.
The Right Layers, Scoped to the Tier
A Brand System can coordinate four layers. The depth of each layer is determined by the selected tier and approved scope. Brand Foundation is intentionally lighter. Full Cinematic uses the complete production-and-web expression.
Positioning
A documented positioning and message direction that clarifies who the business serves, how it is different, and what its digital presence needs to communicate. Scope is defined against the Gap Diagnosis.
Original Cinematic Production
Original production is included when the approved tier calls for it. Full Cinematic includes coordinated ground, aerial, and FPV production. Brand Foundation may use lighter launch assets without a full capture day.
Custom Web
Every tier includes a web layer sized to the engagement. Brand Foundation uses a standard or lightly cinematic website. Full Cinematic includes a custom cinematic website. Real-time 3D is separately scoped.
SEO / AEO / GEO Structure
Schema, semantic content structure, canonical URLs, FAQPage data, and indexing setup built to improve machine readability and citation eligibility across search and answer engines. Structure only. No ranking or citation guarantees.
The Process
Free Fit Call
A short qualified conversation to confirm that a Brand System is the right service, along with broad scope, timing, and investment alignment.
Gap Diagnosis
A paid Gap Diagnosis is required for Brand Systems and complex strategic engagements. It identifies where the business is being undervalued online, defines the positioning and system required to close the gap, and creates the roadmap for production, web, and search. The diagnosis fee is credited toward a Brand System booked within 30 days.
Positioning and Direction
Define positioning, message direction, visual direction, and the approved tier before production or build begins.
Production and Build
Work proceeds according to the approved tier. Brand Foundation may use a standard or lightly cinematic website and does not automatically include a full production day. Full Cinematic includes original production and a custom cinematic website. Multi-Location expands the system by scope.
Review and Refinement
Review rounds and refinements follow the approved proposal.
Launch and Indexing
Approved content, site, schema, analytics, and indexing launch together according to scope.
Post-Launch Refinement
30-day refinement window after launch, then optional transition into a Brand Partner or Managed Care plan.
From Kickoff to Launch
Standard Brand Systems are typically scoped across 4–6 weeks. Larger, multi-location, or technically complex systems are scheduled by scope. The 30-day refinement window begins after launch.
Three Tiers
A focused Brand System for businesses that need positioning, a stronger digital foundation, and a coordinated launch without the scope of a full production-and-web engagement. Includes the Gap Diagnosis, positioning and message direction, visual direction, a standard or lightly cinematic website, SEO/AEO/GEO foundation, core launch assets, and a refinement period. A full cinematic production day, custom 3D work, and a large content library are not automatically included.
A connected production-and-web engagement combining the Gap Diagnosis, positioning, original cinematic production, a custom cinematic website, hero content, social cutdowns, SEO/AEO/GEO architecture, analytics, indexing, launch, and refinement.
Expanded Brand Systems for multiple locations, properties, events, or complex organizations. Scope may include multi-location production, larger content libraries, location-specific pages and search architecture, advanced web experiences, stakeholder coordination, and ongoing rollout support.
Projects under $4,000 are split 50% to book and 50% before launch or final delivery. Projects from $4,000 to $10,000 are typically split 40% to book, 40% at the midpoint, and 20% before launch or final delivery. Larger engagements use a milestone schedule, typically 30% / 30% / 30% / 10%. After the free fit call confirms a Brand System is the right direction, the engagement proceeds into a paid Gap Diagnosis from $750. The diagnosis fee is credited toward a Brand System booked within 30 days.
Stay on a Brand Partner Plan
The Brand Partner plan is the ongoing option after launch. Defined monthly site and content work, monthly reporting, priority scheduling, and preferred production pricing. Production and capture are quoted separately. See the full managed-care hierarchy on the Websites page.
Everything in Growth, plus up to three hours of monthly site and content work, one monthly strategy call, social edits from existing footage, priority scheduling, preferred production pricing, and a dedicated monthly Loom report. Production and capture are quoted separately.
Month to month. 30-day notice to cancel.
Why Positioning, Production, Web, and Search Belong Together
A polished video, a strong website, and clean search structure each answer part of what a business is. When they are built by different vendors on different timelines, the pieces can present different versions of the same brand.
A Brand System is scoped so those pieces work from one positioning and one visual direction. It doesn't invent capability that isn't there. It is designed to make the digital presentation of the offer match the way the business actually operates.
Actual business results (leads, close rate, pricing, ranking) depend on the market, the offer, and the execution. UM Media provides the structured system. The system is not sold as a guarantee of any specific business outcome.
Built For
Not the Right Fit If
- You need something live this week
- Your budget ceiling is under $7,500
- You only need one deliverable (a video, a site), see the individual service pages
- You already have a positioned, documented system that just needs maintenance
If any of those describe you, the individual service pages may be the better fit. Cinematic Brand System is a connected multi-service engagement, not a one-off deliverable.
