1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including video footage, photography, graphics, logos, copy, and designs, is the exclusive property of Untethered Minds Media LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or repurpose any content without prior written permission.

2. Booking & Payment Terms

By booking our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Adhere to agreed-upon schedules and timelines
• Pay all invoices according to the terms outlined in your agreement

Failure to comply may result in project delays, suspension of services, or cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change.

For one-off projects:

• More than 48 hours in advance: No fee
• 24–48 hours in advance: 25% cancellation fee
• Under 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee

Retainer clients are subject to the terms outlined in their individual service agreements.

4. License of Delivered Content

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use delivered content for marketing, promotional, and internal business purposes.
• Untethered Minds Media LLC retains creative ownership and may use project materials for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes.

Custom licensing agreements may be arranged upon request.

5. FAA Compliance & Safety

All drone operations are conducted by FAA Part 107 certified and insured pilots. We comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

We reserve the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel operations due to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, safety concerns, or legal limitations. Client safety and legal compliance are always our top priority.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, Untethered Minds Media LLC is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Delays caused by weather, access limitations, or external factors
• Technical issues beyond reasonable control

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.

7. Third-Party Links & Tools

This website may contain links to third-party platforms or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites. Use of third-party services is at your own discretion.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
